Description: vicidial or Goautodial Audio store displaying blank screen
Due to Misconfiguration you will face this issue, below are the steps to get rid of this issue.

Step 1: Enabling the audio store
*********************************
Log in to the vicidial admin portal with admin rights
http://server ipaddress/vicidial/admin.php
go to ADMIN--SYSTEM SETTINGS
Central Sounds Control Active : 1
Sounds Web Server : enter your server ip
Note: if you are accessing your server remotely then enter you Public IP.

Step 2: Audio store folder
*********************************
Goto ADMIN tab , click on the Audio Store link, as show below
Admin
Call Times
Shifts
Phones
Templates
Carriers
Servers
Conferences
System Settings
Screen Labels
System Statuses
Voicemail
Audio Store
Music On Hold
Once Clicking on the Audio Store , a folder will be created under the linux webdirectory , but due to permission issue sometimes it will not be created , due to this audio store displays a white screen.
To overcome this issue we need to manually create that folder with necessary permission

Step 3: Creating the Audio Store folder
*********************************
Goto Admin page,
click ADMIN-SYSTEM SETTINGS.
Now you can see a new line Called "Sounds Web Directory" with random words as show below
"sounds web directory : 2s3rczywss8g73czyffpyfj2rptp7n "
copy those random words
Now SSH the server using Putty client
go to cd var/www/html folder
create a folder with the same name show above
mkdir 2s3rczywss8g73czyffpyfj2rptp7n
give permission to that folder
chmod 777 2s3rczywss8g73czyffpyfj2rptp7n
***done***
Now upload your voice files and check the audio store
