  Overview:

        Vicidial is an enterprise class, open source, contact center suite in use by many large call centers around the world. VICIdial has a full featured predictive dialer.  It is capable of inbound, outbound, and blended phone call handling. 

  What is Avatar

    Avatar or Audio Soundboards can allow a human agent to just play a few selected audio recordings, like legal or contractual disclaimers, or they can replace an agent speaking to the customer entirely in much more complex audio soundboard setups.This is useful in many cases, including agents that may understand english speakers, but have thick accents  that are difficult to understand by customers over the phone.

  Vicidial Soundboard: 

The Vicidial open source call center platform in its release after Version: 2.12 has included a feature long awaited by off shore outsourced call centers: An Avatar Soundboard.

    HI itry to put the iframe but this is what i get how ca in fix this?
    1. why are u using 6666 as user name?
      user=--A--user--B--&pass=--A--pass--B--
      use this
      it will auto add the agent id and pass

    Hi i try to put the iframe but this is what i get. what im gonna do?
    1. as its uses 6666 and take password of agent or make sure 6666 passwrod is correct

  4. I just copy and past your iframe code, but preview shows following error.

    I used html tag, but for sending you comments i mention it as (tag) because it is not allow me to send iframe tag in message.
  5. HI, Is it possible to use soundboard/avatar in Goautodial 3.3 (iso install)
    1. yes it support but i am not sure the goautodial agent panel will support,
      you have to use the vicidial default agent panel
      ie https:/ip/agc/vicidial.php
  6. hi, i installed properly but script sound is not working.
    1. post your asterisk cli log.
      make sure your voice has synced to /var/lib/asterisk/sounds
  7. hi, do you have any tutorials for how to fix the layout of the soundboard? i want to have a header right below the first header i have created so the agents wont keep scrolling for the next option
