VICIdial is an enterprise class, open source, contact center suite in use by many large call centers around the world. VICIdial has a full featured predictive dialer.  It is capable of inbound, outbound, and blended phone call handling

While installing vicidial or vicibox if there is no network card available or not detected,the vicidal will update his sever ip as 127.0.0.1:mask2 in its database,

which will further cause the time sync issue, failed to register the extensions.

Run the below command to change the IP from 127.0.0.1:mask2 to actual ip


/usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_update_server_ip.pl --old-server_ip=127.0.0.1:mask2
