Troubleshoot 1: Campaing and List settings
**************************
Campaign Settings
- Check the Campaign is set to Active
- Set Y to No hooper leads Login
- Change the Dial time in Campaign
"LOCAL CALL TIME = 24Hours"
- Check the Dial status selected to dial. ( For NEW leads select NEW)
- If you are redialling the dialled Leads then make sure you have selected the proper dial status , for eg: if you are dialling BUSY, NA , CALLBACK ,... Numbers, Then select these dial status in the campaign . Then go to the List and select you list. Then set Y to "Reset Lead-Called-Status for this list" submit.
- check the dialmethod : Ratio or Adaptive or manual
- Check the Min Hopper lever ( use 500 to 1000 for bettter result)
- Select Force Reset of Hopper to Y and check the Hopper level in next one minute
List Settings
- Check the List is set to Active
- check proper campaign is selected
- check the Leads are there to dial.
- make sure to reset the list if you want to redial

Troubleshoot 2: Mysql db crash
**************************
due to overload or imporper shutdown of the system leads to Mysql db crash
Check this link for the mysql repair command
Make sure all screens are running by running screen -list command
There are screens on:

if any one screen missing , run the mysql repair command to check if any table got crashed

Troubleshoot 3: debugging the hoper script

Run the Hopper script in debug mode to check any issue in settings
/usr/share/astguiclient/AST_VDhopper.pl --debugX

Troubleshoot 4: updating the server ip in db
**************************
If you have changed the server ip , then you have to update the new ip in the vicidial db by running below command
/usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_update_server_ip.pl
Once you have follow above troubleshoots , reboot the server once and check the hopper status

Troubleshoot 5: Leads default timezone ie GMT set to 0.00 OFFSET NOW
**************************
Run the below script once and reupload leads, make sure the GMT set to proper timezone according to country or area code.
/usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_area_code_populate.pl --purge-table –debug
test if any errors by running below script
/usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_adjust_GMTnow_on_leads.pl --debug --list-settings
